Antenatal course

Our midwife-led antenatal classes offer a distinct experience compared to other classes. Evidence- based information, delivered in our amazing pregnancy hub, by an experienced, practicing midwife. We focus on your needs, addressing topics such as: navigating care choices, making informed decisions, the physiology of labour and how to help your labour progress, birth plans, stage of labour and so much more.

Essentials Hypnobirthing Course

Learn the essentials of Hypnobirthing with this condensed course. My condensed Hypnobirthing course is designed for those, nearing their due date, unable to complete to a full course or have used hypnobirthing techniques before. Offering you the essential tools to reduce anxiety, manage pain and enhance your birthing experience.

Group Hypnobirthing Course

This programme is a full Antenatal education programme coupled with Hypnobirthing techniques, to fully empower you and your birth partner. This midwife-led course is held over a 4 week period and is the perfect blend of learning and making friends. By coming together with other parents-to-be, you not only gain valuable insights and hypnobirthing techniques but also a supportive community.
