Hydrotherm massage

This unique treatment is a top-to-toe massage whilst relaxing on the gentle support of a warm water mattress. Perfect for any type of birth and stage of postnatal period. Massage whilst laying on your back means no pressure on a caesarean scar or sensitive breasts as well as no awkward turning half way through.

If you are aching, struggling to relax or feel you need a physical and emotional reset then this could be the option for you.

Birth reflections

Talking through your birth experience can bring clarity, reassurance, and peace of mind. Our supportive sessions offer a safe space to explore how you feel, ask questions, and celebrate your unique journey.

Reflexology

Gentle and relaxing, reflexology supports your body’s natural healing after birth. It helps reduce stress, balance hormones, and boost your energy—giving you calm and comfort during the postpartum period. Baby can even come and enjoy cuddles while you have your treatment.
