• Paper records – kept securely in locked storage

• Digital records – stored via encrypted Google platforms and Stripe
  We retain:

• Pregnancy and clinical records: 25 years (as legally required)

• Other personal information: 7 years

Sharing your information

We treat your information as confidential. We may share it only with:

• Healthcare professionals involved in your care (e.g. GP, consultant)

• Emergency services, if required for your safety

• Safeguarding authorities, if legally required

• Stripe, for secure payment processing

We will never sell your data.

• Access the personal data we hold about you

• Correct or update your information

• Request deletion of your data (where legally possible)

• Restrict or object to processing

• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
