Choosing the right support can feel overwhelming. If you are unsure whether in-person classes, one to one support or an online course is the best fit, we are happy to help you decide based on where you are in pregnancy and what you are looking for.
Once you book, you will receive a confirmation email with clear next steps. For in-person and one to one sessions, we will be in touch with any further details you need. For online courses, access is provided immediately so you can begin straight away. All education and support is designed to complement your NHS care and support informed conversations with your maternity team.
