By purchasing a digital product from The Midwives Circle and Wellness Centre Ltd, you agree to the following terms. These terms are written in accordance with UK consumer law and data protection requirements.

Digital products include: online courses, downloadable guides, audio tracks, and e-books.

Access & Use

• Digital products are available immediately after purchase (unless otherwise stated).

• Materials are for your personal use only and must not be copied, shared, or resold.

Faulty Products

You are entitled to a refund if a digital product is faulty — for example:

• files are corrupted or inaccessible

• the product does not function as described

Please contact us within 30 calendar days of purchase at [email protected].

Non-Faulty Products

• Once accessed or downloaded, digital products cannot be refunded unless required by law.

• If less than 20% of a course has been accessed, you may request a refund within 31 days of purchase.

• If 20% or more has been accessed, no refund will be issued unless faulty.

All digital materials are the property of The Midwives Circle and Wellness Centre Ltd. They are provided for individual educational use only. Any reproduction, resale, or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
