7. Faulty Digital Products

You are entitled to a refund if a digital product is faulty, for example:

• Files are corrupted or inaccessible

• Content does not function as described

8. Non-Faulty Digital Products and Refunds

In line with UK consumer law:

• Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, refunds are not available unless the product is faulty or required by law

For online courses specifically:

• If less than 20% of a course has been accessed, you may request a refund within 31 days of purchase

• If 20% or more of the course has been accessed, no refund will be issued unless the product is faulty
