It was all incredibly relaxing, as you might expect, but for me I was also quite energised after each session. I can not recommend Natalie enough-I started having reflexology from 24 weeks as a way to keep myself balanced and reduce stress after a complicated first pregnancy where my first baby came 6 weeks early by emergency section- not only did she keep me calm and focused during my pregnancy, I managed to get to 38 weeks but I also managed to have a normal delivery after a very quick 4 hour labour, which I am confident was made possible after Natalie did 3 sessions of labour preparation!! And I can't wait to start a having postnatal reflexology to keep me stress free what with having a toddler and newborn at home!

Katie is absolutely amazing, I would have no hesitation in recommending a hypnobirthing course with her. As first time parents both me & my husband were quite nervous about what to expect when the time came to birth our child. After attending the hypnobirthing course taken by Katie, we came away with an extensive amount of knowledge not only about labour but also our rights as parents & how to advocate for ourselves.
I can honestly say all my nerves about labour had disappeared & I felt super confident & actually excited about putting all that I had learnt in to practice as & when the time came for our little one to arrive. Katie is not only a fantastic hypnobirthing teacher but also a beautiful caring individual who was there for me both pre & post birth answering all my million and one questions & helping me with the transition in to the 4th trimester.
Whilst the midwives I had during my labour were fantastic, if I had the choice I would have loved for Katie to have been my midwife.

Thank you Natalie for the wonderful set of maternity treatments I had though my recent pregnancy! The treatments enabled me to regain balance and prepare for our upcoming birth. I have never felt so relaxed and can only apologise again for my snoring during treatments..haha!

Katy is such a friendly midwife with so much knowledge around alternative therapies in pregnancy. My baby was breech throughout my pregnancy so at 35 weeks Katy discussed using moxibustion. As a midwife myself I did research on using moxibustion and found a lot of positive outcomes. When using the sticks (moxibustion) my baby was very active and I felt as if she was trying to turn. At our 37 week scan the baby had turned and we were delighted! I highly recommend trying them.

I went to visit Katy during my pregnancy on recommendation from a friend and I was so pleased that I did. Katy is so knowledgeable and friendly, and the massages really helped with my pelvic girdle pain towards the end of my pregnancy, as well as giving me some time to relax. I felt in completely safe hands as she is also an experienced midwife, and she helped me talk through some worries when I was transferred to consultant led care late on in my pregnancy. I couldn't wait to visit Katy for a postnatal massage, which was bliss and something I would definitely recommend to all new mums out there

I couldn't have asked for a better hypnobirthing teacher! Katie was professional, knowledgable and trusting, but at the same time made the learning fun and engaging which was a perfect balance! With Katie also being a midwife, I felt at ease and comfortable throughout our hypnobirthing sessions and in safe hands. My husband, who was very sceptical of hypnobirthing in the beginning, also enjoyed the course thoroughly and learnt so much!This definitely made us both feel more confident and made him the most perfect birthing partner!
